Booking

Thanks for your interest in booking your group with us. We do listen to all the music that we receive and consider qualified applicants very carefully. Please appreciate the enormous amount of submissions we receive each year and kindly adhere to the following guidelines.

We are the Williamsburg Jazz Festival and at least half of the bands we select are based in Williamsburg. If your band is based in Williamsburg, please send us your materials. We would love to know more about you and what you do.

For all: Please review and familiarize yourself with the bands that we have booked in the past and make an honest self-assessment as to whether your sound would make a good fit with the other acts we are presenting. If you would like to send us your press materials we strongly prefer Electronic Press Kits (EPK's). Please send them to booking@wjazzfestival.com

We are booking smaller events every three months and so its always a good time to submit your materials. We expect to have made 95% of our booking decisions for our September event by June 1st.
